Randy and Bonnie Joslen started Heritage Construction in 1994 after a decade of being in the industry with a simple vision combined with their passion for providing the best service and reliability to all of Southwest Washington. Having deep personal convictions and old fashioned ethics, Randy and Bonnie are striving to uphold a higher standard that has been passed down and entrusted to them to pass on through their family and work. No matter who you are, you can be confident that you are getting the best service available.
